Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
Be sure your name, address, phone number, and email address are included and legible. If you paid by credit card the refund will be made on your card.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or if the product is defective.
Exchange of Defective
